Engr. Raphael Onyegbula

Raphael Onyegbula is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Shaybet Services Limited. He studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, graduating in 2009. He worked for 27years at Nestle Nigeria Plc before establishing Shaybet Services Ltd in 2016.

His dedication, commitment and self-motivation has been the secret to his successful career growth, with over 30 years of varied engineering experience, training and exposure. As the managing director of Shaybet Services Ltd, Engr Raphael is saddled with the responsibility of laying a solid and sustainable business module geared towards making Shaybet Services Ltd a household name in the engineering world.

He is also responsible for business development and creating of marketing strategies aimed at the continuous increase of Customer/Clients base, ensuring both local and international certifications and statutory requirements are met. Engr. Raphael’s engineering experience covers equipment repairs and maintenance of manufacturing machines and utilities, project management: including power upgrades of existing installations and integration of independent power producers during power shortfall. Installation and commissioning of 7.6MW Tri-generation with HV/LV electrical power distribution system with modern SCADA for control and monitoring. Power plant management, operation and maintenance, including third party contract management and oversight function for the safety of life and equipment, ensuring the full compliance of organizations and making sure they follow local and international regulations.

Joy Obioma Kanu

Joy Obioma Kanu is the Director of Finance and Administration at Shaybet Services Limited. She studied Banking and Finance at Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State, graduating with first class (hons) in 2012. Joy has worked with Shaybet Services Limited for five years having joined in 2017.

She has been ingenious to the company by developing and accomplishing strategic business plans, improving management effectiveness and carrying out financial forecasting and reporting. She has also gained experience in several functional areas of business, some of which include: marketing, finance, accounting, and procurement. Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, seeking out viable sources of finance and investment opportunities for the company, keeping track of all company investment outlets and the general administration of the company.

SALES EXECUTIVE

Ekpo Otumoneng

Ekpo functions as the Sales Executive and Project Manager at Shaybet Services Limited where he displays a high level of resourcefulness and combines his excellent communication skills to drive sales and coordinate projects to successful end. Ekpo is a solution-oriented professional with hands-on experience. He possesses a multitude of skills including material procurement, research and development. He demonstrates excellence in team building, leadership and analytical thinking. He also works at maintaining effective working relationships with clients, work teams, suppliers, and colleagues.
